Remote-first
Set from your couch, edit from anywhere, shoot in your own city. We run async on a shared board with one quick sync a week.
Paid on what you produce
Setters earn per booked call and per client signed. Videographers earn per shoot day. Editors earn per finished video, with retainer seats for the consistent ones. Clear rates, in writing.

Ship in your first week

You find the businesses we should be working with and get them on a call with Carson. Half scout, half closer: spot the shops with a great product and a dead feed, find the owner, reach out by DM, phone or walking in, and book the good ones onto a free strategy call.
Pay
Commission on every qualified call that shows, plus a closing bonus on every client that signs.
Uncapped. Most setters start part-time around school or another job.

What you'll do
- Build tight lists of local businesses in Fort Wayne, Chicago and Miami: good reviews, dead feed, owner reachable
- Reach out by DM, call and email without sounding like a script. Walk in if you're local.
- Qualify fast: right industry, real budget, actually wants to grow
- Book strategy calls straight onto Carson's calendar and make sure they show
- Follow up on day 3, day 7 and day 14, and keep the pipeline board clean
What you bring
- Comfortable talking to strangers, on the phone especially
- Nosy in the best way: you notice which businesses are busy and why their feed is losing
- Good with Google Maps, Instagram and a spreadsheet
- Motivated by results: you'd rather be paid on what you book than sit on a salary
- In or near Fort Wayne, Chicago or Miami? Big plus. Sales, restaurant or retail experience? Also a plus. Hunger is required.

You're our camera in your city. When a business outside Fort Wayne, Chicago or Miami signs Full-Service, you run the monthly shoot day: half a day on-site, our shot list, your eye. Footage comes to us, our editors cut it, the client's feed runs. You're how we say yes to anyone, anywhere.
Pay
Paid per shoot day, with a raise once you're carrying multiple clients in your city.
Travel inside your metro is on you; anything further is covered.

What you'll do
- Run one half-day shoot a month per client in your area from a shot list we send: talking heads, process, b-roll, the owner on camera
- Shoot vertical-first for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, with clean audio on a lav or shotgun
- Upload same-day to the shared drive, labeled the way the editors need it
- Be the face of Deeds on-site: on time, easy to work with, good with an owner who's never been filmed
- Flag what would make next month's shoot better
What you bring
- Own a mirrorless or cinema camera, a lav or shotgun mic, and a gimbal or stabilizer
- Have a reel with real people and real businesses in it, not just landscapes
- Comfortable directing a nervous business owner and getting a natural take
- Reliable: a missed shoot day is a missed month for the client
- Anywhere in the U.S. Big metros first, but every city counts

You take raw footage from our shoot days (and client phone clips) and turn it into short-form that stops thumbs: a hook in the first second, captions that pop, pacing that holds. Same bar as the work we've cut for creators with hundreds of millions of views.
Pay
Paid per finished video, with monthly retainer seats for editors who hit the bar.
Pass the call and you get a paid test edit on real client footage.

What you'll do
- Cut 9:16 short-form for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts from our shoot-day footage
- Write and time on-screen hooks and captions that match each client's brand
- Sound design, music, color and motion graphics where they earn their place
- Turn a batch of edits around in 48 hours and take one round of notes without drama
- Occasionally cut long-form YouTube episodes and the shorts that come out of them
What you bring
- Fluent in Premiere Pro or CapCut; After Effects is a plus
- Have a reel or a feed of short-form you actually cut. We'll ask for it.
- Understand retention: hooks, pattern interrupts, when to cut and when to hold
- Fast and consistent: you'd rather ship ten strong edits than one perfect one late
- Bonus: you've cut for a creator, a brand or a local business and can show the numbers

FAQ
Setters and editors: fully remote. Videographers: you shoot in your own city, anywhere in the U.S., and everything else happens remotely. For setters, being on the ground in Fort Wayne, Chicago or Miami is a real advantage but not required.
